Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to align on future vision
- Produce scenario planning frameworks and innovation blueprints for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable product development pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
