Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Attend weekly weekend team meetings for performance reviews and training
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual consultations
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
