Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Present product solutions and close deals with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities accurately in CRM systems
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun) with weekday flexibility for meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
