- Prospect and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via virtual/digital platforms
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM with precision
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong closing skills with demonstrated quota achievement
- Exceptional verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote/virtual settings
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficient in MS Office and video conferencing tools
