Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM to drive new business acquisition
- Present tailored solutions to decision-makers, articulating ROI and overcoming objections
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 80%+ activity benchmarks
- Negotiate contracts and close deals ranging from $5K-$50K in value
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Participate in weekly sales training and team competitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
