Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
