Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
