Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present products and services to prospective clients to identify their needs and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and outreach tactics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (for hybrid/remote roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
