Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Identify potential clients' needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
