Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate tracking.
- Build rapport with potential clients, identify their pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Document all interactions and account updates within the company database.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
