- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions/products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Accurately process orders, contracts, and paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic considered).
