Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients and close sales deals within assigned territories
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop strategic outreach plans
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in industry solutions
- Identify and escalate upsell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with trackable quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in B2B environments
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or industrial sales preferred
