Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through consultative selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and update customer data.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills with a "hunter" mentality.
