Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average deal value $5K-$15K
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
