Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales within the sales cycle.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
