Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for senior account executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and update customer data.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- High school diploma or GED required.
