Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound leads to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer data, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead quality.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to earn commissions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
