Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and research.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls and emails to decision-makers in the local and national market.
- Present our services to potential clients, addressing objections and demonstrating value.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Close deals and secure contracts within the defined sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently on a weekend schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Austin, TX residency is preferred for this local role.
