Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Close deals over the phone and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
- Manage and update accurate records in the CRM system for all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
