Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals on weekends.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track progress and update customer records.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday sales team to ensure seamless customer handovers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
