Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads in the Las Vegas and California markets.
- Present our premium products/services to potential clients and effectively overcome objections.
- Close sales and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and team training sessions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service (Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic considered).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and driven by results and commission-based earnings.
