Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to warm leads via phone and email to present our services.
- Conduct needs analysis and demonstrate product features to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic will be considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
