Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales campaigns to generate pipeline for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and needs.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to drive conversions.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role (Candidates with no experience but strong drive are welcome to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a hunter mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to learn new products and industry-specific terminology quickly.
