Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify high-value leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to articulate complex value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize sales collateral.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Sales Development (SaaS experience is a major plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce (experience required).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a genuine hunger for success and financial growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours and occasional travel for team events.
