Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding client needs to present tailored solutions effectively.
- Closing Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to closing contracts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot, updating lead statuses and tracking interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a hunger for high earnings.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and communication tools (Zoom, Slack).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
