Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate qualified leads and close new business.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track prospect interactions, update records, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
