Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close new business deals.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
