Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads through active listening and effective questioning techniques.
- Present company solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage and update the CRM system accurately with all client interactions and pipeline data.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Participate in ongoing training workshops to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing (candidates with a strong track record are welcome to apply).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary.
