Responsibilities
- Execute High-Velocity Outreach: Execute 50+ outbound prospecting calls and emails daily to generate new business leads.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify leads for the sales funnel.
- Product Demos: Present Vortex Innovations' software solutions via live demos, articulating value propositions effectively.
- Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking every interaction and deal stage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Track Record: Proven history of hitting or exceeding quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable navigating complex CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-Motivation: A high drive to succeed, resilience in the face of rejection, and a hunger for growth.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
