Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present tailored product solutions and close deals with objection-handling expertise
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging our CRM and sales automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value-based communication
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional active listening and negotiation skills with ability to handle objections
