Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects effectively.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding new accounts.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
