Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Qualify prospects to determine needs and recommend the best solutions for their business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via webinars or video calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive required).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
