Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to prospective clients to understand their pain points and needs.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Effectively handle inbound leads and transition them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
