Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Inside Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success and professional growth.
- Must be available for part-time shifts, typically 20-25 hours per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
