Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for our premium clients. You will engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and present our solutions to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals within the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and update customer data accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
