Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
