Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM database (Salesforce) with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close deals (experience is a plus, but we teach the rest).
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a strong desire to learn.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings if necessary.
