Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Closing Sales: Consultatively engage with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to close deals efficiently.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM tools, tracking all interactions and sales progress.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (shift times vary, typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Tools: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
