Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads effectively.
- Client Acquisition: Present product and service offerings to potential clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, status updates, and pipeline data into Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Quote Management: Generate and send accurate proposals and contracts in a timely manner.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels.
