Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads across North America during night shift hours
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and solution selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records and pipeline data
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs and campaign continuity
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome technical objections
- Document all interactions and prepare detailed sales reports
- Participate in ongoing training to master new product launches
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM PT)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
