Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present products and services to potential clients to overcome objections and secure appointments.
- Close sales over the phone within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to work night shift hours (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
