Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads via phone and email during the night shift.
- Conduct product demonstrations and identify customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Build rapport with prospects, qualify leads, and close sales within the established quota.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
