Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients across technology and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with no commission caps
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain detailed sales activity records in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
