Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, email, and digital channels to exceed monthly targets
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of 100+ B2B accounts using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates
- Conduct product demonstrations and customized solution presentations
- Document all interactions in CRM while maintaining 95% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and KPI reviews
- Drive cross-sell opportunities to increase account lifetime value
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with proven objection-handling abilities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 PM MST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
