Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM platforms and outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets by demonstrating product expertise and value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize sales funnels
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and continuous skills development
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong time management and self-motivation in remote/night shift environments
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
