Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through proactive outbound calling and digital outreach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in compliance with company standards
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in industry solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
