Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Present complex technical solutions to enterprise clients in SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (average $15K/month quota)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert warm leads to closed deals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong technical aptitude to understand SaaS products
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Ohio residency required (remote from anywhere in state)
- Valid US driver's license for occasional client visits
