Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads using a variety of channels, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and business objectives.
- Present our products/services as the ideal solution to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field (Entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional meetings/events).
