Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone and email.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to meet sales quotas.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing within the last 2 years.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed monthly revenue targets.
