Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine buying intent and schedule product demos.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a hunger for career advancement.
